How Our Sourcing Service Works

1. Submit Your Request

Complete our online contact form or speak to our team in the Ascot boutique.

Please provide as much information as possible, including:

• Brand and item name

• Preferred size

• Colour or material

• Desired condition

• Approximate budget

• Required date, if applicable

• Reference photographs or product links

The more detail you provide, the better we can tailor our search.

2. We Begin the Search

Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and begin searching through our network.

This may include contacting existing consignors, collectors, trusted resale partners and other consignment boutiques, as well as checking upcoming stock before it is publicly listed.

3. Updates From Our Team

If we locate a possible match, we will contact you with the available information, including:

• Photographs

• Condition

• Size and measurements where relevant

• Selling price

• Authentication information where applicable

• Expected delivery or collection timeframe

We will always provide the available details before asking you to make a decision.

4. Approve Your Item

There is no obligation to purchase an item simply because you have submitted a sourcing request.

If you are happy with the piece we find, we will explain the payment process and any applicable terms before completing the order. We will never purchase an item on your behalf without your prior approval.

5. Collection or Delivery

Once payment has been completed, you can collect your item from our Ascot boutique or arrange tracked UK delivery.

International delivery may be available by prior arrangement.
