WHAT IS IN STYLE ASCOT?
In Style Ascot is a second-hand consignment store based in Ascot. We provide a platform for individuals to sell their gently used items, and for buyers to discover unique and pre-loved items.
WHAT TYPES OF ITEMS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR CONSIGNMENT?
We accept a wide range of items, including clothing, accessories and shoes. Please check our Accepted Items page for a comprehensive list and any specific requirements.
HOW DO YOU DETERMINE THE SELLING PRICE OF CONSIGNED ITEMS?
Our experienced team will assess the condition, brand, and market demand for each item to determine the appropriate selling price. You will have the opportunity to provide input, and we aim to find a price that suits both you and potential buyers.
HOW DO I CONSIGN ITEMS WITH YOU?
Consignment is easy! Just contact us by email, and we'll work with you to set a selling price. Once your item sells, you'll receive a portion of the sale price. For more details, please visit our Consignment Process page on our website.
WHAT IS THE CONSIGNMENT PERIOD?
The consignment period at In Style Ascot typically lasts 2-6 months, but this may vary for certain items. You'll be informed of the consignment period during the intake process
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEMS DON’T SELL?
If your items don't sell during the consignment period, you can choose to pick them up or donate them to a local charity. Any items that remain uncollected after the consignment period may be subject to additional fees.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS I PURCHASED IF I’M NOT SATISFIED WITH THEM?
We offer returns on consignment items. Please review our Returns Policy for more details.
HOW TO BRING IN YOUR ITEMS
Please avoid bringing hangers, shoeboxes or dress bags unless the packaging is branded and relevant to a Designer item. Unfortunately, we do not have the space to store these items and they will be disposed of.
COLLECTING YOUR ITEMS
If you wish to collect your item within one month, there will be a £15 processing fee.
After one month, you can request your item back free of charge. Please allow up to 72 working hours (3 working days) to ensure your item is available in-store and properly signed off by management.
